This is a program to aid the generation of the user defined graphics character.
These character codes from 144 to 164 inclusive and are normally entered by pressing keys a to u in graphics mode.
Characters generated by this routine could be save on the persons own tape to be used at a later date by other programs or to be modified by this program.
