Information
The Machine has two connectors at the back which can contain packs (i.e. memories) of 8, 16, 32, 64, 128K in EPROM (Erasable with U.V, called DATAPACK) and 32K in RAM (erasable rampacks electrically, supplied with a pile with lithium). The User could also use packs of 256 or 512K (that is called Flash packs but they are more fragile, less stable and is needed a software interns to control them!

It has an interface on the top where you could put various peripherals, the most common being the comms-Link (Interface Series RS232 25 pins), but there are other peripherals, like: a bars codes reader , a printer, the magnetic card reader. But Comms-Link is very useful for the owners of Psion II bus it allows a connection with as many peripherals having this same interface... Like the connection, therefore data back-up on a computer with various software of transfers for example.

This model was originally conceived for companies, it was very powerful in the field of the management of the files. The user was able to treat several files has the time, where they were able, to erase, modify, and manage files where the main data were kept on a Ibm compatible computer.
